Amy Rao is the Founder & CEO of Integrated Archive Systems, a company she founded in 1994. She has a long history of advocating for stronger human rights and environmental policy. Amy’s greatest passion is for the defending and protecting of human rights both domestically and internationally and is currently the Board Chair Elect of the International Board of Human Rights Watch. Amy also serves on the board of The Fund for Global Human Rights and is a member of the board of directors of Castilleja in Palo Alto. Amy continues to work on better environmental awareness and action and serves as President of The 11th Hour Project and on the board of The Schmidt Family Foundation. Amy also serves on the Advisory Board of the California New America Foundation. Originally from Indiana, Amy moved to the Bay Area in 1985 and currently resides in Palo Alto with her husband. Together they have 5 adult children scattered around the country.
Anna Borden is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for IAS and has 35 years of financial leadership experience. Prior to joining IAS, Anna held positions as Vice President of Finance/Corporate Secretary and Controller at Indus International in San Francisco and Vice President of Finance at Reel.com. Anna earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from San Francisco State University.
Karin Napier serves as the VP of Sales for Integrated Archive Systems. Karin has been with IAS since its inception in 1994 and has helped the company grow into one of the premier Value Added Resellers in the West. Karin’s background in sales management at other firms prior to joining IAS has helped her excel in growing IAS’s business. Karin graduated from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo with a BS in Business. Karin lives in Los Gatos, CA with her husband. Together they have three grown children.
John Woodall has more than 30 years of experience in technology. His background is in Enterprise and Infrastructure Architecture, Systems Engineering and Management with an extensive background in system design and large scale, complex systems implementation. He focuses on strategic direction, emerging technologies, trends and practices and managing the technology portfolio for IAS. Prior to joining IAS, John held architecture and management roles at Symantec, Solectron (now Flextronics), Madge Networks and Elsevier MDL.
Drew Mogan joined IAS in 2007 as a Technical Architect, and was promoted twice to Manager of Northern California Technical Architects in 2011 and then to Director of Engineering in 2012. Born and raised in Montana, Drew has been in the computer/technology industry since 1998, and has held a variety of positions covering x86 virtualization, for which he was an early adopter of VMware, as well as being responsible for heterogeneous storage environments at Brocade and Gilead Sciences. Drew leads a team of architects whose mission is to provide solutions tailored to the individual customer using best of breed technologies. Drew enjoys the outdoors and almost all sports, as well spending time with his family, including his three sons.
Jennifer Childs, IAS’s Marketing Director and Vendor Alliance Manager, has been with IAS since 1998 having held various roles within marketing, sales and logistics. Prior to IAS, she was with a startup company which pioneered bringing the Internet to the hotel industry. This startup was a natural fit for Jennifer, as she had been up to that point, working for the Hyatt Corporation in hospitality management. She graduated from USC with a BA in Communications and continued her education earning a Master Development in Entrepreneurship from UCLA. She lives in Mountain View and enjoys traveling, sports, spending time with friends and Lake Tahoe adventures.
